Welcome to your newest Healthy Building advocate, Cluvaire
This innovative family of UVC air sanitizer products has been in the works for quite some time. We took the time to develop a line of air sanitizing products to complement different scenarios in buildings and added features beneficial for everyone that passes by or installs one of these fixtures.
We call our fixture series Cluvaire, which stands for Clean UVC Air Sanitizing Luminaires.
We have launched a website specific to the
CLUVAIRE Active Air Disinfection System.
Los Angeles Community College District is evaluating a few of Louvers International’s Cluvaire products. These units are specifically designed to clean the air utilizing ultraviolet technology. The UVC lamps are housed inside the patented air flow chamber and are specifically designed to provide the proper fluence intensity to deactivate molds, bacteria, fungi, viruses and pathogens. Other units out there actually blast UVC light from the fixtures, which can be potentially harmful for humans. We took that risk out of our solutions. Along with the health benefits of providing clean air, the US Department of Energy (DOE) has provided studies that upper room UVC products increase the air changes per hour (officially called “estimated air changes per hour”), which means less stress on the building HVAC system and lower operating costs overall.
Cluvaire – UVC Active Air Disinfection System Panel Light
The Active Air Disinfection System utilizing Germicidal UVC Technology is available as a panel light fixture. The hybrid unit utilizes a standalone UVC deactivation chamber with airflow technology and an LED-backlit flat panel light fixture.
